Customer Service Representative

What We’re Looking For

  • Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer’s calls in an engaging, polite manner.
    • Offer appointment times and windows to fit the customers needs.
    • Work with dispatch to schedule technicians.
    • Maintain complete, current, accurate information in the customer database.
    • Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers.
    • Report service issues to management
    • Actively check on and call all leads.
    • Schedule planned maintenance customers based on schedule.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • 2 years + Call Center Experience
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Self Motivated, strong work ethic.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Basic geographical knowledge of service area.

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

The basic function of the Commercial HVAC service technician is to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain and repair commercial HVAC systems. The Service Technician is responsible for performing duties assigned to him/her by the Service Manager. He/she is responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and representing the company in a manner that promotes good relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Responsibilities

    • Check in with office before & after jobs, and end of day.
    • Complete all company provided forms.
    • Time management of service scheduled
    • Check in with client at the beginning and end of each task.
    • Obtain client signature on provided forms.
    • Record time spent at each service call on weekly time sheet.
    • Hand in paperwork at the end of each week.
    • Assist on service calls  as needed.
    • Answer all office pages/calls in a timely manner.

    • Keep Dispatch aware of status.
    • Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day.
    • Call in repairs to the service manager or dispatcher & provide necessary info to quote repairs.
    • Build client confidence in company.
    • Provide information to management on training needs and courses of interest.
    • Complete work in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with service manager/dispatcher for the use of company tools & ensure prompt return.
    • Work on-call and overtime hours as needed.

Commercial HVAC Installation Helper

The HVAC Installer Helper is to help with the timely and proper completion of installation projects.  He/she is responsible directly or as a helper for installation of commercial HVAC equipment assigned to them and for various other assigned tasks. He/she is responsible for representing the company in a manner that promotes good customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • Responsibilities

    • Work under the direction of assigned Project Manager or Lead Technician.
    • Help with completion of tasks properly the first time.
    • Demonstrate efficient time management.
    • Assist on job sites with other installers as needed.
    • Answer all office pages/calls in a timely manner.
    • Consult field supervisor in times of uncertainty.
    • Be neat and clean at all times and keeping vehicles and equipment the same.
    • Attend all training classes and training seminars.
    • Adhere to proper procedures in the use of paperwork.
    • Maintain company tools in a professional manner.
    • Work overtime hours as needed.
  • Qualifications

    • EPA Certification a plus.
    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
    • Good hygiene and cleanliness is required at all time.
    • Must adhere to the company uniform policy.
    • Follow rules and regulations as described in the company handbook.
